Mitch entered into the Car Wash Industry in 1971, responsible for the development of 20 full service washes in Four Atlantic Coast States employed by Constan, Inc. serving as their Senior Vice President for Car Wash Operations.

In 1983, Mitch established Car Wash Equipment & Supply and become a Sherman Distributor for both North & South Carolina. Car Wash Equipment & Supply earned and sustains a superior reputation in the car wash industry for providing a “Superior Level of Service” to its customers.

Mitch has also been an extremely successful operator of several full-service, self-service and in-bay automatic car wash locations in North Carolina.

In mid 1990, Car Wash Equipment & Supply was chosen to be the “Exclusive Mark VII Equipment Distributor” for North Carolina. In 2003, Car Wash Equipment & Supply was offered and accepted South Carolina as an additional territory to represent Mark VII.

In 2006, the Car Wash Equipment & Supply Board of Directors determined that change was on the horizon, a decision to further invest into the future, expand the size of the organization, beginning with a name change.

The company name was changed to “ATLANTIC WASH SYSTEMS”.

In 2006, Atlantic Wash Systems was appointed a Belanger (Friction/Tunnel & V-Max) Equipment Distributor (in selected areas of the Carolina’s).

Additionally, Atlantic Wash Systems is a Solutions Distributor for CSI & Blendco Products.

Mitch is the driving force of Atlantic Wash Systems and is in the process of creating several new areas of growth focused for 2007. Atlantic Wash Systems has always prided itself in providing the highest level of professional service and the personal attention to our customers.

Pete began as an operator of his first of several full service car washes in Joliet, IL, a SW suburb of Chicago, IL. Within two years, he purchased and or designed and built other self-service and in-bay automatic car wash sites within the same community.

Over the next several years, Pete relocated to Florida and remained in the full service car wash business. In 1995 Pete was recruited by one of the leading car wash equipment manufactures to establish a direct territory in the state of Florida.

Pete furthered his career and continued after several years in that position. Thereafter, he has been employed in senior management positions for some of the most recognized car wash manufactures in the car wash industry.

Pete's focus during these years, was establishing distributor networks across the United States, assisting them in developing their distributorships and increasing sales.

Today, celebrating his 30th year in the car wash industry, Pete has relocated to North Carolina to join Atlantic Wash Systems and looks forward to many more years in the car wash industry.
